Welcome to GPB Omics & Bioinformatics Frontiers Symposium 2025 in Haining!

Dear colleagues and friends,

It is a great pleasure to host you for the GPB Omics & Bioinformatics Frontiers Symposium 2025 (GFS2025)! It will be held in Haining, China, July 11–13, 2025. GFS2025 is hosted by Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences / China National Center for Bioinformation, organized by the Editorial Office of Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics (GPB), and co-organized by Zhejiang University-University of Edinburgh Institute, Biological Data Resources Committee of Chinese Society for Bioinformatics, Genome Informatics Committee of Chinese Society for Bioinformatics, and Chinese Society for Functional Genomics and System Biology, Chinese Society of Cell Biology. This symposium aims to provide a field-associated open podium for in-depth discussions on frontier discoveries, key issues, and challenges, and to foster future collaborations among the attendees. The invited speakers are outstanding scholars who have contributed significantly to the advancement of the research frontiers of omics and medical data analytics. Junior scientists are also welcome for bringing the research progress into the discussion freshly from the bench. Four themes will be covered at GFS2025: Pangenome and Cohort Studies, Spatial Omics Technologies and Applications, Chemical Biology and Single-molecule Technologies, and Immunomics Technologies and Diseases.
We sincerely hope that this symposium series become a premier platform for in-depth scientific communication, knowledge sharing, and professional collaboration.
